• Orders placed after 6:00 PM IST will be processed on the next business day.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the following working day.
• During festivals, sales, or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping

• Free shipping may be available on selected products and promotional offers.
• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout.

Express Shipping

• Expedited delivery options may be available for selected locations at an additional cost.
• Availability depends on the delivery pin code and courier service coverage.

Order Tracking

• A tracking ID and courier details will be shared via Email and/or SMS once your order has been dispatched.
• You can track your shipment through the courier partner’s tracking portal.

Shipping Address

• Each order can be shipped to only one delivery address.
• If you need products delivered to multiple locations, please place separate orders.
• Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate before placing an order.

Address Modification

Shipping addresses cannot be modified once the order has been dispatched. If your order is still under processing, please contact our support team immediately for assistance.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD availability depends on product category, order value, and serviceable pin codes.
• Digital Minds reserves the right to disable COD for certain products or locations.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners generally make multiple delivery attempts.

If delivery fails due to:

• Incorrect address
• Unreachable customer
• Refusal to accept delivery

The order may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Inspection at Delivery

We recommend checking the package at the time of delivery.

If the package appears:

• Tampered
• Opened
• Damaged

Please refuse delivery and contact us immediately with photographs.

Delayed Shipments

While we make every effort to deliver within the estimated timeframe, Digital Minds shall not be liable for delays caused by:

International Shipping
