Return, Refund & Warranty Policy

At Digital Minds, customer satisfaction is our priority. Every product is carefully inspected before dispatch. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we’re here to assist you.


Return & Replacement Eligibility

Returns or replacement requests are accepted only under the following circumstances:

  • Product received is damaged during transit.
  • Wrong product was delivered.
  • Product has a manufacturing defect upon arrival.
  • Product is missing essential components or accessories.

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • Original packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoice must be retained.
  • Unboxing video and product photographs may be requested for verification.
Important: Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not qualify for replacement or return approval.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or negligence.
  • Physical damage occurring after delivery.
  • Products with tampered or removed serial numbers.
  • Products returned without original packaging or accessories.
  • Products purchased under clearance or promotional sales unless defective.
  • Compatibility-related issues where supported models are clearly mentioned.

Replacement Process

Step 1

  • Product Name
  • Issue Description
  • Product Photographs
  • Unboxing Video (if available)

Step 2

Our support team will review your request within 2 business days.

Step 3

If approved, return instructions will be shared with you.

Step 4

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a replacement product will be dispatched.

Replacement approval is subject to successful verification by our technical team.

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only under the following circumstances:

  • Ordered product becomes unavailable after payment.
  • Order is cancelled before dispatch.
  • Replacement product is unavailable.
  • Wrong or damaged product received and replacement cannot be arranged.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Incorrect product selection by the customer.
  • Compatibility issues not caused by Digital Minds.
  • Courier delays after dispatch.

Approved refunds are generally processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.


Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
  • Approved cancellation refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Improper installation or misuse

Spare Parts, Lamps & Remote Warranty Coverage

3-Month Limited Warranty

Covered:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Product malfunction under normal usage

Not Covered:

  • Physical damage
  • Burnt lamps caused by voltage fluctuations
  • Water or moisture damage
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Improper installation

Our support team will guide you through the warranty verification process. Customers may be required to ship the product to our service center for inspection.


Shipping Charges for Returns & Warranty Claims

  • If the issue is verified as a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, Digital Minds may arrange or reimburse return shipping at its discretion.
  • If no defect is found during inspection, return shipping charges shall be borne by the customer.
